Yep - we all have our story to tell, 5 years ago almost to the day, I had a massive heart attack which left me breathless and even talking was a huge effort for months.

I struggle with motivation, but I set myself a task for each day and make sure I don't overdo things, whereas before I would just keep going, now I spend 2 hours at a time and no more but I get stuff done otherwise I will just stagnate.
