Michael, when we returned to NJ from our vacation to our house in Virginia back in June the housing market was doing so good we decided to put the NJ house up for sale. It sold in 9 days for more then we were asking & more then I thought I would ever get for the house. We wanted to sell the house in NJ before moving to the house in Virginia. My wife & I both got transfers from our jobs & we are both back to work. Tony thanks for the info on the lumber prices.
