Yes they all have the 1.5L EcoBoost or 2.0L EcoBoost depending on the trim level and other options. As far as low end torque, a turbo charger contributes nothing to low end torque. A turbo has a RPM range where it enhances performance. The EcoBoost turbos come on a lot earlier than turbos of the past. My experience is that from a dead stop the EcoBoost turbo surge doesn't come on until after 2k rpm.
