I fabbed up a battery box tray. The original had rusted and is not on the RockAuto parts list. I now have a carbon fiber tray. It is currently curing. I still need to reinforce the mounting and tie down points. My carbon fiber work is functional and usually not the pretty carbon fiber parts you see in catalogs. I patched Satellite dishes that were carbon fiber that got shot up in Iraq and Afghanistan back in the day. A satellite dish makes a great target. A bullet hole only looks bad and 50 to 100 holes in a 2m-6m dish degrade it less than 1% but it looks like crap. I would patch the holes and prep the dish for a re-paint and paint it to make it look good again. On the backside all of the patches could be seen. Warriors have battle scars.
