It is my Grand Pa's gun. I got it in my early 20's. I was a crack shot with it in my 30's and 40's where it was a handful but manageable. Now at 59 I can't handle 6 rounds of 44 Mag without pain. I have been loading 44Spl loads into the 44Mag cases I have for the past 7 years ( I loaded once , 250 rounds). The 44 is semi-retired. I shoot 6 round out of it per year. It is 5 months overdue.
