Title is a bust. Appears the previous owner didn't change it into his name before he passed, so I need to get a bonded title. No biggie, or at least it doesn't sound like it. We'll see next week sometime
Some states it is easy, some not. It is almost impossible in Ohio, it's like a 9 step process. You have one with a title right? Wheels turning.
