Everything needed to install the kit is in the kit and it is designed by application to use existing grounds power sources so there is no splicing necessary. The light itself is at a 5500K, Lumens can change as there are the 4 lengths and I'm not sure if I have that information but I could figure it out. Clearly the pictures showing how much shadow lighting is produced and the consideration its not a forward facing light source, Lumens may not be as important as pictorial or video proof would indicate. In the search you would type "underhood lighting" which would net all options - https://www.12degnorth.com/search-results/q-Underhood%20lighting/qc-products Ford Ranger Specific - https://www.12degnorth.com/product-page/underhood-lighting-kit-ford-ranger-specific-93-11 Tsquare wrote: All I can find on their site is the blog post that has a broken link. When I search LED LIGHTING I get two light bars and mount in the products. If you can let me know what link was broken, I'll get that fixed TSquare As for the LED strip, these are made in specific lengths of a higher temperature NON-yellowing resin, the 3M adhesive when the surface is prepped properly has a near zero failure rate, even with higher under-hood temperatures rather notorious on Fords. In fact, some may recognize the model for the Ford Ranger Underhood LED lighting kit as Undrstm8ed's '93 Ford Ranger which we had done back in 2013-2014 to my understanding, although we've not seen that truck in the shop in at least the last year or two, No led or adhesive failures to date that we've been aware of. We went through a few companies before deciding on a product that gave us the results we required for which may sound absurd but non-failure results, including a brand that wasn't very competitive in product. I can tell you from experience that any LED strip that's purchased on a roll is purely made in China to far lesser Q/C methodology and the price reflects the experiences of those brands. So far the only complaint we've openly had is the fact we run out of our kits when people wanted them most. . .
