Jim I had a 96 Ranger 4x4 that I got new that did not have fog lights, when I pulled the radio bezel the connector for the fog light switch was clipped to the back of the bezel. It was very easy to add them since the pigtails were taped to the harness behind the front valance. I also put LED bulbs in my fog lights on my 2000 & they were a direct fit. I got them from Amazon. It takes bulb #-9006. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075MY936S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
