Yes indeed there is a foglight pigtail plugged into a plastic well in the back of the bezel. I'm going to put a switch on it and see if it sends 12V to the plugs under the bumper. If not I bet it is just a relay missing out of the relay box I have a couple of them laying around.
I also have a electrical diagram on the way for the 01 and a workshop repair manual. Now I can buy more 01's LOL I won't be limited to 2000's due to a lack of wiring diagrams. lol
Aren't the '01 - '03 are the same, maybe to '11 ?
Make sure you use Ford Parts on this one, I don't remember all the details but the switch is wired differently than a standard Switch and relay.
Its a plan so what is going on after the wiring test... new OEM Fog Lights ?
