Should I disassemble the engine block or leave it whole? Disassembling it would make moving it around much much easier, but I'm worried about the parts being damaged if I don't do something right. The engine I'm going to keep for a project that will happen WAAAYYYY down the line, and it's gonna be rebuilt anyways.

Edit: is there anything I can coat the engine with that will keep it from corroding? I've just been spraying it with WD-40 and Liquid Wrench to keep it from rusting and locking up.
