Ok gents... I finally got rhe header issue fixed.

Now..ive had to move the oil dilstick tube so many times in finally broke..yes in the block!!
 I'm  like sunuvabeech!!!!

Tried the hammer screwdriver method.. that didn't even faze the situation.
HOWEVER.. I found the ultimate trick. At least that I know of if the engine is in the truck or vehicle. I took an intake bolt and screwed it into the  hole.. got under the truck and took a screwdriver and a hammer. I put the screwdriver under the head of the bolt and tapped  up on the head . After about 4 or 5 taps.. it popped right out!!

LUCKILY.. I have an extra tube.  Everthing said a week to arrive. I dont have a week. Well I do, but I dont...lol

Now.. so I had to pull the upper intake off because the driver valve cover was leaking.  I had to modify the stock explorer valve covers to clear the stud mount roller rockers.
Well when I was measuring for the pushrod length I had to take off the pushrod guidelines to fit the pushrod checker in thw hole. No biggie. But what is a biggie is make damn sure you tighten them studs back to 55ftlbs!!!!!! I forgot to tighten them back down getting in a hurry .  I only started it about 4 times at 20-30 seconds a time and no revs. So no damage was done.

DO NOT GET IN A HURRY.

Something that simple could have somewhat ruined  a  se of $1800 heads, well at least one of them. Im taking the passenger side cover off today to check everything over since the upper intake  is off. Just to be sure.
Truck is getting (scheduled) exhaust the 21st.

Oh and I somewhat cleaned the garage up!.. It looks like a hurricane went through here!
