is the frame just surface rust or does it have actual rot? Can you live with the 84 ranger cab? They are much smaller then the 97 and 98+ cabs (elbow room, seat space) I personally can live with my 88 BII, but that is because the BII has a big space behind the seats.....I know Gen I Ranger cabs feel very small to me The 97 Ranger is about the best there was IMO, I love 96-97 RangersĀ I cant believe that guy would not help you, sheesh if I owned a yard and had people like you come in with GUMPTION I would for sure be supportive
