Bed removed, easier than expected. I drilled in the center of the bolts working all the way up to a 1/2 bit, once I pried the bed up the bolt heads popped off. Flipped it over and off. Measured full length of the cab and bed, together they were 183.5” I believe then I measured the length of my single cab short bed truck, roughly 178”
