I think you have been searching the wrong forums.Jeff's build is also published on The Ranger Station and was on Ranger Power Sports when that site was still on-line.
You should have been searching the Mustang forums, because the greatest 2WD Ranger V8 build is in one. ANNNNNNNDDDDD they didn't use photobucket!

BTW PATS is probably one of the easier parts of the build.
Very impressive build, I actually got some hands on time with it getting his a/c system sorted out.
One of Jeff's deliberate decisions was on both Ranger and Explorer model years specifically to eliminate most of the electrical complications.
