Yours is fine! The 5.0 in this truck is sitting on stock mounts engine and trans, it is fine to push the engine forward slightly like you have, not going to hurt anything!!  your truck is CUSTOM 5 speed, the 2000 I am building is also custom, but built to be very much like a stock 5.0 ranger could have been done...so my jasper 306 is sitting in the exact spot Ford would have put it.... this way everything lines up the downpipes, the stock trans mount, exhaust mounts, etc etc.............

Yes this is a 5.0 radiator and a autozone fan shroud, it fits great but we do not have the same fan coverage as you because you shoved your engine forward 1" or so
