The black and white two line vacuum tree attaches to the intake at the middle red circle and runs to each fender skirt where it attaches to your trucks existing vacuum feeds

You are correct with the evap stuff, your ranger system stays in place and you simply need to connect the EVAP (fuel vapor line) to the intake like this:
The small circle is around the stock Ranger EVAP line that used to go to the underside of the throttle body.... now it hooks to the fitting in the large yellow circle. You just need to run a longer line
There is a small plastic yellow cap in the stock ranger vapor line in that picture. That whole line I replaced, the ranger line does not have the correct bends so I remove it from the plastic tee under the brake master cylinder and run a whole new hose. (must be fuel safe)
