I have 1/2 spacer under my engine plates to raise my engine up I built a custom trans mount for my setup, there is nothing wrong with leveling the engine in the bay/truck, just watch your U joint angles at ride height (not too extreme) Most of the conversions we do here use the hybrid U joints, one at the front diff input and one at the rear axle input....never had a balance/vibration issue with those Precision or Spicer U joints I prefer without the grease zerk That trans crossmember looks pretty stout The fan is sitting perfectly in that shroud!
