could be the headlight switch yes So the way this works is you need to identify which fuse keeps popping Then identify the circuits that fuse protects Now check each circuit for an issue....with your truck we already know when you mess with the light switch the fuse blows So all wires that go from that fuse to that switch are suspect, the power, the ground and signal wires. Need to check wires for issues, corrosion, bent pins, etc before you just go replacing headlight switch. That way the new headlight switch does not end up doing the same thing........ an aftermarket headlight switch is suspect, factory lasts 200-350K miles, aftermarket....well maybe a couple of years
