I really should have made a video but I was in such a rush, made an appointment for an alignment a week ago and thought it was at 2PM turns out it was at 3 so I could have done some pics at least.

Anyhow since I fingered everything tight it was a breeze (by comparison) to re-disassemble to put the seals on the CV shafts.
I made a tool at work to install them, it fits tight slip around the spline and bottoms out the same place that the bearing bottoms out pushing the seal on exactly where it should be. I'll take a pic next time I can remember and post the tool. It is aluminum and should last 100 seals at least.

I packed the seal with grease, probably too much LOL and installed everything again, torqued and tightened EXCEPT for the upper control arm camber adjusting bolts which I left loose intentionally to make the alignment easier.
As it turns out my guess was pretty close it drove like a dream on the way to the alignment place. An hour early.

They called me less than an hour later and said it was done. This thing drives and steers incredible, surpasses any Ranger I have ever owned even the ones I fixed the front end on.

So thanks to the crew here for insisting I spent the big bucks on the Mevotech TTX and the Timken bearing assemblies. The bearings I bought said USA on them.

I bought grade 8 hardware and installed the KYB shocks which seem to be very good. Time will tell, let's see how long they last.

On to the next few new parts before I park it for the winter.
A lot has happened this year, I managed to get a 4.0 replaced in the extended cab (G2), put the front end parts I had owned for years on the Jalapeno, pulled the mistake and the no name to this side of the world, bought DeeDee and are making plans for her. I STILL have no idea which truck will get the 5.0 but I love the Jalapeno so much and it has so many new parts and plenty of little mods it is in the lead.
