Thanks dude! DPFE is The differential pressure feedback sensor for the EGR system it monitors EGR flow and reports to the PCM this is a DPFE sensor ![]() The stock part in 1997-98 was aluminum, then they switched over to plastic. The aluminum one here is OEM< the plastic one is cheapo amazon, because I was just using it for testing.......the aluminum unit has 104K miles on it and should last a good long time now that the actual EGR issue is fixed
