Just saw this (may be too late to help). Since I can't see what you have, I would suggest doing a wet sand to eliminate the drips and orange peel, then hit it with a light recoat. Once cured, polish it. I'm old school (was a body & paint guy in the 1970s). I believe in wool bonnets for polishing paint.
