Okay I have an update if anyone is still reading this post. The Motorola controller I was trying to wire turned out to be bad I went to my local yard and bout 2 more modules but didn't get any response. So thinking there is no way all 3 are bad I decided to try an old transfer case motor from a 4406 I had and boom it actually responded on the bench but wouldn't go into low because I didn't have the nss or vss or signal return hooked up. I then tried the original module and got nothing so not only was it bad but the 1356 motor I bought new wasn't working either. The only thing I can get the new 1356 motor to do is advance and return back and forth about a quarter of an inch and that's even without turning the switch it does it all on its own. So I'm thinking it won't work with the Motorola and I'm ordering a new 4406 motor and wiring the controller up hopefully tonight. I know it's a long post but theirs maybe helpful for someone unless of course the brand new motor I bought was just junk also
