SO.. I now tire of my OHC telling me that ICE -40 is eminent everyday. Apparently I'm in the midst of a vehicle that has a mechanical speedo and I don't think VSS is available to tap into (? still trying to vet that last one).

The OHC seems to require a VSS in order to prove to it that the vehicle is moving. For the longest time the temp would read but be wrong and stay wrong until the next KO/KO [and possible temp change]. Compass works great but Id like the temp sensor to work as intended.

Anyone have any input as to whether or not the 93-94 Ranger 4.0L manual trans 2WD has a VSS circuit to tap into from or since I happen to have a 94 rear diff with a speed sensor in it, an idea of wiring it to work or illustration/schematic to create a working circuit?
