I went with EBC pads.  A bit more dust, better bite.  Along with their slotted rotors.  Truck stops great now, better than stock.

FYI, the rotors are not usually actually warped, it takes a   ton of heat to warp something like that.  It is usually uneven pad material transfer to the rotor that gives the 'pulsing pedal' that feels like warped.  A quick turn and they are fine.
