While searching for low mile rangers across the country, ohio had the highest concentration. The price of rangers are trending upwards. Washington state is one of the most expensive states for rangers. I could buy a 2010-2011 ranger with 60k miles or less starting at 12,999-16,500 in ohio, but in Washington $16.5 gets you a 2010-2011 with 80-100k miles. I know that's not your criteria. Just sharing
