I did the accesory power mod as outlined here: Accesory Power Mod and put some LED's in my front turn signals which had an unusually pleasant result I'll explain in the LED section :)Did this mod on my 2002- the feature is so simple and yet totally underrated. I have a pretty good stereo in the Ranger- components, amp, 10" sub etc- and I frequently dealt with the conundrum:
"Well, im here. Do I shut the engine off, go to accessory and wait for the stereo to boot back up and finish the song? Do I shut it off and just go in? Do I leave the engine running and finish the song?"
Now I just turn the key off and finish the song without interruptions
