Remove the factory drivetrain! All went smoothly EXCEPT the aftermarket fan clutch, holy heck that thing was a PITA to get loose. Finally used air chisel on the nut and it came free Usually we can remove a pushrod 4.0 and auto trans in about 3-4 hours, this time I spent about 2 hours just on the fan clutch LOL ![]() ![]() ![]() Wicked nice front driveshaft on this rig, see the CV boot eliminator kit? ![]() V6/ stock V8 awd guys take note this is a nice upgrade for 98+ RBV 4.0 vs 5.01 ![]() I spend MUCH of my life waiting for parts.......... here we are again! As soon as the TMH arrive the 306 will go in I really prefer to seal the headers to the engine outside of the engine bay whenever possible, the TMH are not exactly easy to install and require some special wrench work :)
