What was your biggest file? There is a little room for adjustment.
I think it is the one that I uploaded as my Avatar, my computer says it is 3.8 MB. No issues when putting it as the Avatar, only when trying to add to the gallery.
Also going to put it on this post as an attachment to see what happens.
