There's a video that came out a while ago of the broncos that showed the feature you were talking about. Basically it will lock on of the rear wheels and then lock the opposite side front wheel (if it locks back passenger, then front driver will get power) so that it pretty much acts like a vehicle with tracks, if I remember correctly. I'll try and find a link to the video Edit: found it. Skip to the 23 second mark and you will see the back drivers side wheel start to “dig†as it goes around the tree.
