I bought a 2000 Ranger 2.5 and it just had the timing belt, water pump & head changed. I don't know why they changed the head but it doesn't have the power like it should and it hesitates when you first give it the gas while starting off from s stop. If you floor it while taking off it makes a loud noise like it's bogging down. I put the computer on it and there's no codes, can the timing be a tooth off.
