The rental place wanted too much for two sets of scaffolds. I am replacing second floor windows and have maxed out my budget. I now have a motorized scaffold with a 400 pound limit. It is just the right height to take the security lamp off the wall in between the garage doors when I moved to the last window.
It is a good thing OSHA doesn't check residential areas.
The windows are done. All tools have been put up and the ladder rack is over by the kayak in storage. I am glad to have the truck back to more than a mobile scaffold. BTW: It worked but I do not want to do that again.
Rant on: The windows on the main floor are not a standard size. The windows on the front are 1 inch taller and they are the ones I measured for the special order windows. The windows in the picture I had to route out a half inch of wood at the top and bottom to get them to fit. That caused other issues that had to be addressed. This should have been a simple remove and replace that took no more than 2 days and it has been a week and a half.
