I don't know about Texas but in Ohio there is a 9 step process to get a title for an abandoned vehicle and it is almost impossible. I thought of looking at this one but I'm wanting anything but red interior: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1176108282725172/ HOWEVER worth is in the eye of the beholder, I once paid 1200 for a 2WD ranger with a blown motor. Personally obtaining a title is a trick, check the laws first. Looks like a 4 hour job to dig that one out to get a trailer on it. I don't buy without a title. You might know someone. Go look at it and snap a pic of the VIN. Looks in OK shape, if it were in a barn and had a title I might give like 8 for it even if it didn't run. My purchases require a title I haven't made an exception since I bought that motorcycle without a title and a year later and 250 later still no title I gave it to someone. Traded a les paul studio for it another 450 lost.
