The best idea on the starter is to run an additional Ground Wire, 4 ga or larger, from the negative side of the battery, directly to one of the mounting bolts for the starter. You could run it from the frame battery ground too. Starter gets a direct current line without all the dirt, corrosion, and the path through the engine block, not to mention the size of the the OEM ground wire. Add one to the alternator while you are at it. Ltr
