SOOOO if I took the original project and used the cab and the doors from the latest one I have a truck with a 5.0 and not enough rust to bother anything. Being they are both 2000 and both the exact same color makes this better.
I could not get a good cab and doors for 500 bucks. And I have a great interior and tons of other parts to boot. No brainer. Just need a few guys to help.
Not that I am going to jump on a plane and come and help... BUTT if I was int eh area I would be there to assist !
I would love to have something new to follow.
Good Luck on the multi truck project, sounds like you will get a good one out of the deal.
