I would have to find wiring diagrams for the 2006. Vehicles you can get it from is most likely any Ford/Lincoln/Mercury that has park assist. I'm confident that FoMoCo didn't change it up much. My wife's 2010 Lincoln MKx has the same basic unit. EDIT: Come to think of it, her Lincoln has Nav and all that fun stuff. The disable button is incorporated in the display and the head unit. Older vehicles would be the best bet.
