It has a 15' paint job. As long as you are at least 15 feet away the paint looks good. The passenger side has the clearcoat pealing all the way down the truck. I did sand and paint the faces of my wheels prior to getting new rubber. That made a world of difference for looks. The "something about a short bed" is that the ride reminds you that you are in a truck.
I have been spending at least 4 days a week paddling that kayak around Lake Lanier and the Chattahoochee for exercise for the past few months. When the water level is up there are class three rapids on the Hooch. My skillset with the rapids has improved to the point I am considering a trip to where there are class 4 rapids. I live 15 minutes from the dam here in NE ATL.
