Needs a frame before V8, I have both! Interesting, a guy coming today at 3 to drive it. 5 real buyers lined up so my lowest price I had in my head just got raised 100 or so. 2 people offered 1300 sight unseen. One offered 1100 lol. One of them sent me a nasty text when I pulled the ad! 16 scams ranging from an oregon number offering to send a check to "my mother wants this truck e-mail her at blablabla@gmail.com" Most of the scams cut and paste the title then send it via e-mail to text. Does anyone really fall for that? The rust is really bad IMO around the bumper mounts but seems to be average where bed meets cab which is unusual. I was transparent about the rusted mounts and put it in the ad first before the good points. I'm like that. If the rust was about to snap the thing in the middle I wouldn't have fixed it, would have offed it to my new buddy Tyler that deals in Ranger parts. I'm hoping I can move this fall/winter to a place I can store some Ranger parts and start a warehouse of my own. I don't want to compete with Tyler I'm thinking we can work together in coordinating prices and carrying different parts. Man I would never retire if I could do Ranger stuff only in any capacity. I'd be like 410 eastern division. So Pumpkin is gone today one way or another, I passed up a REALLY GOOD deal on a 99 that needed brake lines was a 3.0 4WD red ex cab for 1K, less than 150,000 miles but I only have room in my yard for 1 spare without looking like Fred Sanford. After today I won't pass it up. On to the next one!
