I for one have never seen screws like that on a Ranger. Although, they look like some sort of Rack or Box System, that slides in place. As to being used for a Ramp System, it would have to be a very light weight system for something like Bicycles because the tailgate sheet metal is not that strong. It will be interesting to see what people have to say ! Ltr
