Just a thought:  "Is there an easy way to form a Double Flare" ?

I've always used the Mandrel with tapered tool and pin die, but I've had my problems... I remember a while back my brother came up with an electric crimper for a Double Flare, did a decent job !   I don't remember the manufacturer !

I started another thread, I have no idea if you replied here first or if I started the thread first: Da thread 

We can cover the DF tool in detail there, but basically I had a cheap one, it developed a problem from me loaning it but it had a problem anyway, I bought a new one that works better but not the bomb.
