What he said. I've seen 3 since they came out. I bet sales are not real brisk, the did not listen to the ranger crowd

They seem to be selling good here, I see at least a couple a day.

In SoCal, I have seen three or four max, there doesn't seem to be a big draw for them.

I have seen 4 or 5 on the road. They are selling for full retail while F-150's are being discounted up to $16,000.

When I looked at the Ranger and the F150 the pricing was similar up to a point, then the F150 took off, all pricing is way out of sight.

I keep trying to like the new Ranger... I just can't seem to get the job done.
I'm with you mhoward, I just don't like it.
I wonder IF the new Ranger was really going to be the the F100 that Ford was working on ?

I too after looking at Ford and Toyota Trucks, ended up in the Dodge/Jeep arena, and the Gladiator definitely caught my eye.
I drove an Overland and a Sport, sat in the Rubicon, I really liked the Overland, found one just off the truck, the computer hadn't been reset yet for a Sale vehicle.
I was the first to drive it and it impressed me, BUTT... as FORD Jeep/Dodge/Fiat thins that the people will come no matter what.

Appears to me that all the manufacturers talked to each other over pricing and almost all truck, except the high end stuff, end up in the mid to high $40K area; what are they thinking, $40,000 for a truck.

I can afford one, but there is no way in hell... I will pay that kind of money for one unless I win the lottery and then I want an F-150 Limited !  LoL !

My 2003 EDGE, (100,004 miles) will surface for a long time so I'm ok !

Sorry got carried away !
