For me the 1911, Sig P320, Beretta 92, and full size Glock are all too big IWB carry unless they are in the small of my back. I usually wear a shirt over a tee shirt where I have a close fit OWB holster at the 4 o'clock position. Of the 1911, Sig P320, or Beretta 92 the Sig is the only one I would consider due to the weight of the loaded gun. I did the IWB with a Walther PPK and Glock 26. Neither were comfortable and a bit of a pain to draw. The other thing that bothered me about carrying the Walther is that it was pointed at the family jewels.
