UPDATE! After removing the large nut that sits up against the power steering reservoir (this is where my leak was coming from) I realized it is under tension as it shot out as I was removing it, it is called the Flow Control Valve. I ordered from McMaster-carr the Viton O-ring(s) I say plural because there is another one that sits inside on the valve that I decided once I have it out I might as well replace it. Here are the sizes I used. For the inner and the smaller diameter O-ring I used Viton 75 Shore A 2.5X15 mm and for the outer larger diameter seal (the one that was seaping/leaking I used Viton 75 Shore A 2.5X19.5 mm. TIP: I ended up removing the driver's side inner fender well and I had a ton of room and access to do this job easier, in fact I had such a clear shot of the O2 sensor that I ended up replacing it as it was the original with 244K miles on it. After assembly and refilling the reservoir with Mercon V ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I no longer have a leak. Thanks for all those that have helped and gave me suggestions.
