Whats wrong with that? I mean 180K miles you are going to have some seepage of oil from your drivetrain
2002 was 18 years ago, to me that actually looks pretty clean. It does not look like oil is dripping out it just looks"oily" like you said. Nothing to be concerned with in my opinion, at least not from these pics
