As much as it sickens me to read this, I have my doubts that this will actually pass. If there's one thing us bull-headed and opinionated Americans can stand together on, it's this. I have my doubts that this will go anywhere, personally. It's a good idea to call your rep, anyway, however. If the article is being truthful and didn't exaggerate that number, let's assume that exactly 200,000 unique people used those tools they talked about during the last seven days. That equals out to 1,400,000 people. That might not sound like much compared to the US's population (~123,000,000), but that is significant. Let's go a little further with that and say 200,000 people per day, each one unique, used the tools in 30 days. That's 6,000,000 people. Combine that theoretical number with the protests they've mentioned.....I highly doubt congress and then the president (regardless of opinions one way or the other) will actually let this slide through.
