Any idea where the check valve is? It's definitely vacuum related. When similar situations happened before I use to go check the heater control valve vacuum hose and it would be off. The hose has become so brittle everytime I'm working in that area of the truck it breaks another piece off. But this time I checked it and it's connected. It is strange though I just replaced the heater control valve and I don't think it was happening before this.
