I purchased a new Pistol, 1911 A1, 9mm Loaded Springfield; easy choice, help the locals.
Took almost three hours to get it paid for, then the ten day waiting period.
Waited to get in, waited to be waited on, waited for the paperwork to be OK'd, now I'm waiting to get the gun.
Only ten people at a time in the Store, BUT all ten are looking for guns so the wait at the counter goes up.
One guy only want to look around for something to do... NOT, they had a guy at the door asking what they intended to do, didn't let him in !
Another guy wanted to find his friend in the store, pulled a freak show, Police got called in.
There was an incident in NovaScotia, some guy blew his top, shot a bunch of people, wondering if it was random people or just people that gave him sh!t !
The world is going bonkers !

A while ago I took the class for my concealed carry permit. got busy and I didn't follow through. I should have. I never did decide what I wanted. Would have to do that if I do it again. Guns are a tool, and while I wouldn't want to have to use that tool, I think I might like to have it if I need it. A buddy knows quite a few people in the fire arm retail industry here, could get me whatever I want.
