I've read articles about it and watch a number of programs on the TV about Performance Heads, and there was one article in a Truck Magazine, it showed that the Cast-Iron Heads made more HP at lower rpm levels... once you get up in the rpm range, the aluminum he'd flow better. TrickFlow makes a Street Performance Head that almost equals the Cast-Iron Head at lower rpm's. I will find out when I do my LAST engine swap, because I have the TrickFlow Street Heads on my latest build... time will tell. If I did it again, I might have gone Cast-Iron. YOU need to do it your way, I am just suggesting to look into different avenues before laying down the cash. Also Head designs have come a long way, so who am I to even say anything. Good Luck on this and the next build. Ltr
