Glad you (they) got it sorted out! Battery terminals are a PITA. Back in the 1970s, I was an auto mechanic, the guy I worked for always cleaned the terminals, installed them and smeared wheel bearing grease all over them. I've got to say, it works... just a little messy if you get carried away with too much grease.
