I too had something similar on my '88 Ranger and my '03 has this style too, I had plenty of Mustangs, they had the under axle type.
If there is minimal blacks added to the lift, the type Mike69 posted will work fine, and they aren't too hard to make or buy at a reasonable price.
Just use a Traction Bar, that's the main thing.
