there are headers, there are motor mounts that come CLOSE to working with the Ranger, there are several different accessory drives that can put the accessories where you need them for your swap. As I said there are art least two explorers on explorerforum going through these details right now, what works and what doesn't.
The 5.3 is the most desirable engine out there for conversions, next would be the VW diesel engines...... HUGE aftermarket support
